My goal is for you to be able to work with your emotions (instead of against them!), recognize your self-worth, and advocate for your needs without feeling the need to apologize. You’ll learn to use boundaries to protect what truly matters to you, making your relationships more balanced and mutually beneficial. You’ll live with a sense of self-control rather than being controlled by others or trying to control them, and most importantly, you’ll be able to enjoy life and even rest without guilt
As someone who is passionate about helping women navigate the challenges of anxiety, perfectionism, and life transitions, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering individuals to thrive in their personal (and even sometimes professional!) lives.
I provide individual psychotherapy to address anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, abuse, and depression, and never feeling “good enough”, as well as stress from major life transitions.
